We were initially brought in to look at the design of the project during the framing phase. This was a Winick Design and the builder was Capital Pacific Development Group. The client had a previous quote from a Los Angeles integrator. Luckily the client realized that hiring an AV contractor from outside the area was going to impact the ease of work as well as the ongoing support needed for a technology rich home.
"After determining Savant would be a nice fit within the home we worked with the homeowner, architect and builder to choose the proper speakers, wireless access point locations, primary touch panel control locations, and conditioned rack location that fit elegantly into the overall style and design of the house."
The final project scope included
- Whole House Audio System – 14 Zones including the outdoor decks and pool area
- Whole House Video System – All TV’s are fed from gear located in the AV rack leaving a clean aesthetic look in the room
- Property Wide Wifi
- Property Wide Surveillance
- Lutron lighting and drape integration into Savant
